M1k3 is the independent design studio of Michael Dick, a passionate ui designer & developer with specialized experience in an array of digital platforms. I've been published across multiple mediums, including inspirational books and magazines; and a selection of my work is studied among some of the top universities.
As an established individual in the web community, I transition easily between front-end and server-end environments, thriving on moving projects from conception to launch. My personality is to think creatively and execute ideas I?m passionate about. I have designed and developed my own content management system (PureEdit), which I constructed from the rudimentary basics, as well as many other web applications such as CAGE.
I work best while collaborating closely with design & interactive agencies, and have had the experience to work with great household brands such as Samsung, Apple, & MySpace.

I'm entrepreneurial minded, therefore you will always find me brainstorming from one idea to the next. Most importantly, trying to understand the complexities of problems, and finding solutions to how it may be built and executed.
When I am not behind my desk, you can find me playing video games, cleaning, or walking my JRT puppy, Atlas.
